free coffee helpful staff elevator noise limited storage
i liked that the hotel offered free coffee and pastries each morning. this was a great way to start the day. also, the staff provided many recommendations for local places to visit, AND i found this REALLY helpful.
my room was near the elevator, and i could hear it running at ALL times. it was noisy day and night. also, storage space in the room was not great. i had to keep most of my things in my suitcase.
